Explain to me where in my post where I stated that we should show any preferential treatment.

I guess I am missing that.

I made no comment on the protection routine did I?

it was a joke and you probably can hear worse on Letterman, Leno or Jimmy Kimmel

Lighten up and enjoy your life

If in fact the dog "missed" the escape bite, the exercise is to be terminated and scored as "dog did not engage".  For a long time a painted line was drawn at the opposite end of where the escape was to be taking place, if the helper reached that line before the dog gripped, exercise over, phase over, dog did not engage.  Especially at a National Championship.

That is not what happened Phil. The dog got 2 teeth on the elbow, let go, and then regripped all before the 20 pace mark.

I see at best 88 pts.  First off, National Championship.  Second, blind search was too wide and the dog looked only in blind #4.  Third the obvious bad grip on the escape, bad,,,,,just bad.  Fourth, dog does not sit on the shut down.  Fifth, distance on the back transport is incorrect and dog forges.  Sixth, dog doesn't sit on the shut down or the side position or the presentation to the judge.  Seventh, handler grabs dog before set up for the long bite and "corrects" him to sit.  (SchHIII is not allowed to control dog by collar, exercise over)  Eighth, dog does not sit on the shut down or the side position or the presentation to the judge.  Ninth, all grips were short but one.  88 pts. at a National would have been a gift, probably more like low 80's.  No freakin' way 94.

I didn't get any volume,,,,,,,,,,,,sorry.  Lord, I apologize, I'll be with the starving pygmies in New Guinea,,,,,,,,,

That would be 3 points right there.  Were we trying to make the event look better than it actually was??  Agenda?

i would guess to say that dog showed on sun. and there pencils were dull. But that explains why the scores were what they were! what a joke. A blind man can see where UScA is headed...

Last 2009WUSV. Vincenzo, withdrew way to far in the judges opinion and
my opinion the first bite leaving Garter only and elbow to bite.
Some judges would taken away points but it was not the dog but
the helper. There is a lot you my not see that judge does.
Gater did a very good c performance....I don't think anyone
disputed this call. Vincenzo could of step forward and disagreed.
But felt the dog was very good over all.....highest score for protection.

Tracking issues ...however...don't get me started..!!
