Hello.
Yes, there is plenty of good females competing quite successfuly in Schutzhund.
Last week Jessy Gabriel and her female Aline that train with us competed at the MN Regionals (all the way from Texas!) and kicked but over there with all scores in the 90s. Took 2nd place.
I have seen that female work from 3 feet away and she id definitely way better than many working males, but again, her pedigree is outstanding and Jessy is a world class trainer, breeder and handler.
She had to go and compete at the Regionals (just had to show up), so she can compete at the Nationals, so look for them early November in Nationals in Iowa.
So, not only female dogs do well in Schutzhund, but there is more and more of female handlers and trainers competing with them as well, which is always great - who wants a damn sausage party all the time.

Yes, there are some very good Female handlers i watched two such Girls in a Competition last weekend, and they did a good job equal to the Guys,
Gender means nothing in the sport of ScH the Girls are as good as the Guys at handling there dogs. just more Guys but the ladies are catching up and it is good to see and train with them which i do of course
