What browser. I can honestly say  that it has never happened to me.

Please folks give Oli a little more info here.

Is this just with internet explorer or does it happen with other browsers??

I have never experienced blank pages with my iPad or my apple laptop! Guess Safari is not an issue. Sounds like it happens mostly with IE.

It has happened only on our  PC with IE, and I have to refresh the screens a couple of times and then it seems to go away, only to appear the next morning.  The Mac has no problems.

Great info you guys.

I think it is the ad hanging up and maybe Oli can take that ad out of the loop.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The Humane Society ad is causing trouble in that when it comes up, pages will not load unless one clicks on the ad or repeatedly refreshes the page. This is happening on a MAC to me too. It seems to be the same ad that not long ago caused similar difficulties until it was dropped or purged by the site owner.

I use goggle. Windows 7. If I were more computer savvy I could give the speed of our connection. Also, what LadyFrost said about loading.

I use Safari and it's happening to me.  Definitely the ASPCA ad.

I have asked the ad agency to look into this for us.    It's a bit out of my scope,  I can't even reproduce it since it's US based only.

But I gave them a description and asked them to have their tech team look into this for us.   It's new so it must be connected to some recent changes they have rolled out.
