He's very handsome......personally, I would be "amazed" if he was NOT a coated puppy....DNA or not.
It should never take anyone.....owner or breeder.....aprox 18mos to be able to "tell" that their dog is coated.......
I caught myself giggle too.....

He looks fluffy, but the hair on the top of his head looks a bit too short for a longcoat, looks more like he has a glamorous normal coat. Hard to really tell from a photo, would like to see another pic in a couple of weeks.

Some long coats have very long coats some not so long . Long longer longest still coated !!

Wow you think they are not GSD's and are only worth $250 cuz they have long coats . Makes me think what are you tak* * * ?

GSD's have a standard. The standard mesures many features and the coat is one. This lady has Shilos bottom line. I would not take $250 to put one down. Not worth my time.

I was hoping he would not be coated, but after a week with him it no longer bothers me. He has the best personality. No accidents in his crate after only the second day. He is great with people, kids and other animals. I couldn't have asked for a better dog. Here are 2 more pictures of Tyler at 9 weeks.
