Here is a picture of Focus taken at the Breed Survey in Australia, hope you like

He looks like a very nice dog. Congratulations on his accomplishments, very impressive for a young dog.
There seems to be a lot of dog show people in OZ. Do you show your GSD's at all breed shows or SV shows?

Hello Blitzen
Thank you I value your opinion, I read your comments regularly and you have very good knowledge on German Shepherds.
In Australia we have all breed shows and we have "specialty shows" only for German Shepherds at the many Clubs spread around Australia.
Similar to Landsgruping in Germany - at some of these shows SV German Judges are invited to Judge these Club shows.
We have a National Show each year where only SV German Judges judge the dogs in all classes, bitches and dogs. A Seiger and Seigereen are selected at this show.
Focus will be shown only uder these conditions (German Shepherd Dog shows) not all breeds.
Focus has only been in this Country since October, he left Germany one week after Seiger Show and you can imagine the climate difference from Germany to Australia - this takes German Imports a good 12 - 18 mths to climatise to Australian weather. No snow where we are, and up to 45 degree summer temperatures - on average 37 degrees this year summer in our state.
German Shepherds are very popular breed in Australia.
just thought this my interest you.

I know some show people in OZ with other breeds. They show at the all breed shows of course.
Your show situation sounds about the same as here. A few show GSL's in AKC shows, some with success, but most stick with the SV shows.
Good luck with your boy. It sounds like he will be up against some good competition and a nice placement will mean a lot to you.

As Molly would say "do yourself a favour" delete his photo until you get a better one.

Can you not see what's wrong with it?

Sorry Singer, you obviously have a personal problem with me, do not take it out on this magnificent german shepherd, you have a nice life

Singer, don't be so rude, especially bringing in someone else's name. You made the comment, not Molly.
The only stacking flaw I see is that his front legs are not exactly straight up and down. But that's not a flaw in Focus, just the stack position. I think he's very handsome: nice color and pigmentation (very deep and rich), nice feet and head/ear set and stop. He has nice shoulder lay and upon full maturity, he will be even more breath-taking than he is now.
Good luck with your endevours and keep us posted...and with pictures?
