Ok, after my edits... looks to me if one keeps the width box to a maximum of 400, the proportions are correct on smart phones and computers. 
Can anyone else verify?

Yes beetree, agreed. I can't even get toolbar to upload pics on android phone. So I wait to get home. Kind of a drag. Handsome boy by the way!

OK Bee when you put it up it was fine--both times in fact. Maybe something is wrong with my browser. I am using IE8 and I keep getting things that say I need to upgrade to IE9--I used it before when it was in the beta stages and hated it but I think I'm going to have to make a move here.

My male recently passed the TT (Temperament Test) that was held here in Kitchener, ON.
It was put on by the Grand River Kennel Club who is UKC affiliated; they did the same thing you described. When I called the CKC to see if I could transfer it to his papers, I was told no. A little disapointed by that but understood. I don't hear of too many CKC TT/TEC being held in this area (Ontario).

Congats to you sunsilver, Beautiful dog,and yes, there is a dramatic difference in the resizing on the phones.
I do most of my browsing on my phone. Some of the pics I been seeing have had me thinking, "could that be for real?"lol,
I also would love to see some sort of temperment testing implemented.
I just took 6 dogs in to the rabies clinic and have to say I was so very proud of ALL my dogs. I got high praises on how beautiful they were and people were just totally amazed how well behaved they were,"for German Shepherds"
Especially with all the kids running around,unsupervised by their parents, two in particular with cats slung over their sholders in pillow cases. Making almost too tempting for my Duke to withstand,
Temperment is such an important trait to focus on.
