MY vet said NO Need for G and C at puppy age period. ONE vet that Dr. Peppers owner took her boy too tried to tell her she need a $65.99 bottle of G and C and his ears are not standing and I need to tape them .
I told her get out of that vets office asap.
My vet laughed , and said,,,sure send her over here and I will sell her a worthless bottle of G and c...How ridiculous.
Already mentioned above...puppies fed good raw meat and a good diet with some special food in it like, cottage cheese, yogurt, goats milk, even Malt o meal in the puppy food, and if good diet has been this pups regiment, you do not need such supplements until pup is about 15 months old where stress and maybe a slight need of extra help as heavy work may pull the pups system down or immune system is taxed.
I would give raw bones and make sure dog is fed a dog food without grains and preservatives
