If you can get someone to eval him and take some more pics, I may be able to take him.
I have a client looking for a young GSD, no older then 2 years old for a companion. Rescues, Spayed/Neutered is a bonus.

Mixed. The coat is too short, the ears are "not quite right" and the head shape... the eyes - I agree doberman X GSD - or maybe even Weimeraner (the eyes) - not so much lab.... but yes something else other than GSD. Looks smaller-boned too. Yes I agree no more than 4-5 months max. Should be able to tell easily looking at the teeth for that one - baby teeth = 4 months, adults coming in = 5 months, adult teeth all the way in = @ 6 months.

I would have to say 100% GSD
I don't believe you would see pencil markings on the toes of a mix in any of the above combinations.
Those ears are heading upwards, and I would think he is about 4 months old.

melba..he is in foster care...if you call that number foster "parent" may be able to do a video and get more updated photos...Rutherford is in NC, I am in SC, I am few hrs away...wonder if kelly is closer?...
