I don't have any assistance on the tattoo, but I wanted to comment on something you said:
"Without thinking I said 'plotz' instead of down and she slammed her body to the ground."
I only bring this up because we took in an eight year old German Shepherd from her owners whose other dog was "being rough" with her. Of course the owners told us she was three years old, but her tattoo (when we realized she had one) confirmed she was eight. Her owners said, "her obedience isn't really flashy. I mean, she minds well, but that's it."
Prior to finding her tattoo, it never clicked that she didn't understand English until I said, "PLATZ," and she slammed right down. I ran through a list of German commands, and her obedience was sharp and concise. I would hope so. Research revealed a Sch3 title among other things.

If indeed that is Slovakian tattoo number (also a registration number) it belongs to Idda Sunami (out of Ingo v Haus Larwin x Britta z Mestskej policia BA). Idda was sold to USA.

Hmm...not sure you really have your answer after all, tiffae89--Idda Sunami is listed on this database, and the photos you posted look to be a much darker dog than the one pictured on Idda's pedigree:

The last confirmed owner I could find for this bitch (Idda) was the woman who apparently imported her to begin with--Linda Strand @ Berg Quella kennels:

Are you sure of the number? 48453 does belong to Idda but if it is a Czech tattoo number then that is a different story. They also use 5 number for tattoo.

I am Positive of the Tattoo Number.
When looking at the picture keep in mind it is very white in general. Check out the child sitting with her... her features are also slightly washed out.

I have no doubt that you've got the tattoo number right, but that doesn't mean it's not from another registry--many of the former Soviet-bloc countries may well use the same type of tattoo pattern. Even with the washed out colors in the photo of Idda, the markings just aren't the same as the girl you're trying to ID. Maybe someone with a premium membership could run the tattoo number through a search on the Working-Dogs.EU site?

She was surrendered to the Kill Shelter under the name Idda. I talked to the last breeder who owned her. She sold her 4 months ago. The person who surrendered her only had her for 3 months she has been with the rescue for a month. To many things are lining up for this not to be the same dog, including temperment.

Ah, I see--didn't know about her having been surrendered under that name (Idda) before Hukka came up with the tattoo/registration info. In your pictures, her pigmentation is so much richer, and her mask covers the majority of her face, than in the picture here with her pedigree...just hard for me to reconcile the two images of the same dog. Glad that you were able to get an identity and (more importantly) a background on her, then!
She looks much prettier in your pictures, and you can see her structure, too--you should replace the photo presently with her pedigree with one of yours, to do her justice. :)
