I don't want to think about it if the dog is one I don't love.
My dog's life is worth more to me than the life of a human stranger, definitely.

I wouldnt pay it much more mind. In my profession this is wat we call "attention getting behavior"
I dont see it any thing more than that.
Why else would someone restate the same thing numerous times, other than to ruffle feathers.

I thank God that you were not around or influenced the thinking in the survival of our country in past wars. Listen to how selfish, self centered narcistic your thinking is. Hugging your dog makes YOU feel good and as long as YOU (the center of the universe) feels good, the hell with justice, freedom and the preservation of our country.
I need to stop now cause quite honestly, this breaks my heart to read this kind of stuff on this board, and I need to go puke.

Your dog is safe, don't worry. I have seen the dogs they select, and some of their training. It is highly unlikely they would want your dog. Those dogs are outstanding and what they do is unbelievable. Those dogs have saved many Seals and soldiers lives.
So give your dog a hug, I'm sure your dog does a great job as your pet.

"Which would a normal human being care more, a dog you hug just about every day or an American in the military you hear about?"
