I have done several c-section/spays on rescue dogs and they have all come right home with the pups and done a wonderful job raising the puppies. Mom should be able to do this with supervision. It not get ready for a long stretch with little to no sleep or life. I have successfully raised 3 litters by hand. If I were close I would be happy to help. You can send me a PM with your email and I will be happy to share my formula.

Thanks for all of the help. Mom came home the next day. She wouldn't get up for 24 hours, so the vet kept her on fluids.and vitamins. I have been so busy with the pups and my kids, ages 10 months, 3 years and 5 years. We have 9 puppies now, mom is fine, but wouldn't take the pups. Thanks so much for the advice!
