Dasty has been on Honest Kitchen since 2007. I will add in a little fresh raw meat as well. He also gets chicken or turkey giblets/gizzards.He also gets canned mackeral once a week, and some wild caught salmon that I make.  He gets a fish oil with his food, and sometimes a cooked potato or other vegetable. He eats no hydrogenated oils, preservatives, or artificial anything. He gets to chew on raw beef ribs for his teeth. I try to think more of how a wolf would eat. Since we made the switch from kibble to raw food, he has a ton of energy and just seems plain healthy and young. WE love him dearly and he is spoiled and lives in the house.
He is not on any pills or medications.

Splendid looking chap with fine conformation judging by his pedigree page !! He's got some neck, bone and paws on him and his coat looks to be in fabulous condition.

What sort of exercise regime do have him on?

He walks 2 miles in the morning, and 2 miles in the afternoon (if it's not hot) with me to take and pick up our daughter from school.  We live 1 mile from school so it is good exercise.  Once in a while we also walk in the evening.

Nice to see the old boy is still getting out and about and I'd hazard a guess he also gets plenty of mental stimulation what with kids etc running & milling around. I always think this, along with a steady routine, is just as important as the physical exercise.

He's an absolute credit to you & give him a gentle pat & a quiet 'good lad' from me.

I have a soft spot for the Grand Ole Gents and Ladies. Your guy is no exception. He appears to be such a handsome and regal guy. Thanks for sharing.
