John, Don't let's turn this into a slanging match... you like the "Alsatian"... we don't, stop bitching no-one's taking your tickets away or telling you to stop stringing your dogs up under the ears! Get on with it and good luck!

I only managed to see LD/OD although not my type of dog from where i was stood the CC winner looked a very sound dog no long hocks and moved with ease round the ring and was beautifully turned out ,more than i can say for some of the dogs which looked like they had just come off a muddy field and the smell ,one man by me was spraying his dog with hairspray and then trying to comb it i had to move because of the smell.
As for the double handling only heard some clickers and saw one man moving up and down the benches hissing very loud,i'm sure if it had'nt been for the presence of the field officers making many appearences it would have been a different matter.

Yes Nina, the field officers ensured that it was a pretty dreary affair; proof, if any were needed, that it's not what we want.
I heard clickers outside the rings of a few breeds and keys and coughs and squeeky toys, but only we were blessed with the KC's answer to Dad's Army!
