Thank you for all the kind words. I appreciate them.
The baby is my nephew, Christian, and while I generally "don't do" kids, there is something about that little Squirt that is SO endearing (maybe it's that he loves my dogs xD).
We're currently not at home right now, so I miss the little bugger. Everytime Strauss would walk into the room, Christian would get so excited. He'd clap his hands and make the only sound he knew "Geh!!". He'd grab Strauss by the lips, and bless that dog's furry soul, all he did was wag his tail (and no, it is not common practice to allow this...but you know small children xD).
Strauss dotes on that baby. If Christian is crying, Strauss runs back and forth between his crib and the nearest person like "Hey! Hey! The baby's crying! The baby...is CRYING! Helloooooo! Doesn't anybody care!? Baby! Baby! Ba-- oh good, somebody got him."
