CRY, WHINE, MOAN and COMPLAIN. I wish they would just give 3 slots to each perspective side to make up the 6 handler/dog teams. Wonder what the issue would be then? You know it would be something. I'm waiting for next year when BOOBOO and DOBBIEMAN will be competing at the qualifier.

You know Guys, the old saying is, You reap what you sows, This is the penalty you pay for having two judges for each phase? you can argue until the Cows come home nothing will change the results. Perhaps next year you can try this. Use one USA judge from each of your organizations, and bring in a Certified Judge from outside for the third phase. then perhaps you guys will be more settled and happy.
I know full well the importance of these trials and come next year i hope to be putting my female in such a postition with the Belgian National Selection Trials. But i know the judging will be fair, i have watched these Guys work now for the last 8 years over here and they give nothing which the team do not earn, So on that score we are lucky i never here any moans from the Competitors some a little dissapointed but Hey: that,s the way it is, We all know at that level it is not easy, in fact the basics are not easy it takes time and a lot of work. All you can do is to wish the selected team good luck, Whoever got in deserves the respect of other Dog folk for they had to work hard for it.

Despite the exclusion of 3 WDA compeitors and a 10-7 numerical advantage the team would have been 3-3 without the protection ambush by Caputo.  2014 with 10 each, no rules but IPO rules and neutral judges and support crew should prove interesting as the death of the WDA as predicted each year since 1980 something by the USCA seems a bit premature.
