Hans if it was not for the fact she still has your pup, I would thank the lady, you have stood behind your pup, you have alot of people on this board who are willing to step forward on a Board where the "fur" can fly very fast about alot of breeders. This is good advertising, very impressive.

BTW, the pup on the pics looks fine. My male is about 40% DDR & Czech working bloodlines and he's been slow to grow and mature. This seems to be normal with a lot of these dogs.

What makes me sick is when people start sniffing in other's privacy... that is just plain wackooo.......
Mrs Sonia, return the puppy and stop this crap... you will get you $$ back.
On this forum you presented yourself as an unstable story creating weirdo. Sorry but there is nothing wrong with the pictures of the puppy and the breeder is behind his work all the way....
You lost not only your case but also credibility and integity. Good people who are breeders with any common sence and knowlege of this fiasco, will never sell you a puppy.
So the ball is in your court..
Good luck Hans I would be one pissed off person if that was my puppy....

If I had the money to travel that far from Montana here I would do it myself, and I would take the time to do it, this is absolutely the most idiotic accusation I have heard in a long time!!!
EVERYONE HAD BETTER PUT THIS LADY ON THEIR DNA LIST!!!!
Sorry Hans,

Here, as is my nature, I have done some study on hookworm distribution in the world. The hookworm in question is a worm called in Latin: Necator americanus. I have found this map in several scientific studies. Please take note that this hookworm is not distributed in Arizona or in entire Europe where the mother of the pup came from, but it is distributed in Ohio. Thus there is a little to none chance tha my pup got the hookworm here or his mother in Czech as Sonia insinuates in her statements. With little geographical knowledge you should be able to figure it out.

I am originally from Minnesota and hookworms were prevailant there also. I fed up a litter of wolf pups that I received from a game farm there, that all had hooks, the mom eventually died from them, it only took me about 2 weeks of worming to get rid of them, they were so heavily infested!!! They grew up to be large and beautiful wolves, with continued good food...
Only 2 weeks and no worms returned after that, because they were kept clean....hmmm, must be this Shiloh person does not have clean facilities????

A delusion, in everyday language, is a fixed belief that is either false, fanciful, or derived from deception. Psychiatry defines the term more specifically as a belief that is pathological (the result of an illness or illness process). As a pathology, it is distinct from a belief based on false or incomplete information, dogma, stupidity, apperception, illusion, or other effects of perception.
Delusions typically occur in the context of neurological or mental illness, although they are not tied to any particular disease and have been found to occur in the context of many pathological states (both physical and mental). However, they are of particular diagnostic importance in psychotic disorders and particularly in schizophrenia, paraphrenia, manic episodes of bipolar disorder, and psychotic depression.
Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. It is usually, but not always,[1] a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant).
In common law jurisdictions, slander refers to a malicious, false and defamatory spoken statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Related to defamation is public disclosure of private facts, which arises where one person reveals information that is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person. "Unlike [with] libel, truth is not a defense for invasion of privacy."[2]
False light laws are "intended primarily to protect the plaintiff's mental or emotional well-being."[3] If a publication of information is false, then a tort of defamation might have occurred. If that communication is not technically false but is still misleading, then a tort of false light might have occurred.[3]
>>> I really hope that Miss Sonia has thought clearly about what she's trying to accomplish by posting the things she has in reference to not only Hans but his fiance'. I find it odd (as you all have mention) that her purpose does not seem to simply be compensated for her (in my humble opinion IMAGINED) losses but rather to slander Alpine, Hans and his fiance'.
I don't know if you realize Sonia but you could really be in EXTREMELY BOILING HOT WATER FOR THIS!
You know what's funny is that this has turned out to work in Hans favor.
BTW... this pup has what looks like it will be a close-stock coat which makes him appear slimmer than alot of other gsd pups who have a normal stock coat or even one that is on the fuller side. I might add that he is gangly in appearance so that tells me he has room to grow. Dwarfism would produce dwarf-like proportions (ie Welsh Corgi.. oompa loompa's etc..) Pituatary Dwarfism will make perfect proportions. This pup has puppy paws and legs. he just appears to be close-stock coat, and maybe even more of a petite-gsd. What's wrong with that. I mean heck, dogs are three times as strong as their weight... say he turns out to be 60 pounds (siberian husky size) he will be as strong as a 180 pd man!!!
Also, you haven't even mentioned anything about his temperment and drives. Doesn't that tempermant count for something?? Ahh, what do

This is Debbie and I want to thank you all for your input here. Even though we always knew that we didn't do anything wrong, and that we were doing the right thing in the way we were trying to handle her, it is nice to have this support. I am a very sensitive person and she was really upsetting me. In that way I guess she was winning. They say (whoever they are) that you should not let these kinds of people get to you, but it is really hard when someone is insulting your very being. We live and breathe these dogs 24-7. I hand raised that litter of 13.....I would go out all times of the day and night and make sure that everybody got their fair share of mom's milk. This is not just our hobby but our living. As we all know it is hard enough to make a living without someone trying to destroy it with false accusations. Fortunately as many of you have pointed out I think these lemons are turning to lemonade!!!!! Again thanks so much!!!! You guys have turned the tears of anger and sadness into tears of joy and heartfelt happiness with these great posts!!!!
Debbie
