I cannot see how it can be so hard for two sides to gether The only thing which stops it is typical bloody English egos, and the fact each side wants to be in charge, and the fact is i WANT meaning i want to go to the WUSV regardless of whether i am properly qualified to do so makes no difference, that seems to be the way with some
However that is how some Guys in the UK think in fact a lot of them i think it is an English thing to think that way
The Fact is it seems that the GSDL is wanting to do the selection in the right and proper way to get the best team over to Seville but the other side says we are sending some regardless
Now this is to the GSDL side
If the members of BAGSD do not comply with the wishes of the powers to be and still insist on sending part team over then report them to the authorities well before hand telling them they have not complied with the Rules and therefore should be dismissed from the event even if they are there at the Venue get then thrown out of the competition
Only the best should go through the Guys over here are having to do it and are not complaining at all, only those who really know in there hearts that they are not really good enough will not play by the Rules and try and get in the back door

The fact is that there is a imbalance of numbers and quality of dogs from these two organisations. The only way is a Joint Selection Trial to give every member a fair chance to compete and to be selected to represent their country for this prestigious event. The current system is flawed and does not take into account these factors.
Now the crucial decision is fixing a Date, a Venue, a Judge and the Helpers. I suspect the question is "Who decides" which will reflect fairness from both sides.
If self regulation cannot work, then appoint the powers to be.

Well you do not have too many months to get it sorted, However i hope it all works out right and the best Dogs and Handlers go through, I really cannot see how anyone would want it any differnt
