I really enjoyed that video. Please put more video's up when you transition to more pressure  increasing the speed of the recall. Great clip

Thanks a lot

The puppy would have "turned" without the stim.  No need for "shock collar" training especially at this age.  I would never do it.  Just one more gadget that is unnecessary.  But to each their own, as long as they don't switch to e-stim too early, no harm done.

The puppy was turning before she hit it look at the turn versus sound lol Let a pup be a pup and not put to much on them let it be the natural dog it is with the intelligence to train without vibes and noises. The puppy would have aced this excersize without the gadget IMO

Agree. Can't personally see the fascination with e collar training, esp a pup this age. I think it's bonkers.  If it were a deaf pup, then use a vibrating collar for sure, but no need for an e collar.

Lief, you pretty much seem to train anything with an e collar. Have you got shares in an e collar manufacturing biz LOL?

  Totally unnecessary.

i cant click the video for soem reason but putting a shock collar on a puppy is sick id never do that (if the pup actually recieves a shock)

the collar just vibrates and doesnt hurt the pup? clicker training sounds a lot better

I also do not feel that a shock collar should be used on an 11 week old pup. Someone else on here mentioned the clicker, I feel that would be a much better way of training. Also the pup is being called before the buzzer goes off on the ecollar. From what you explained on the video before you showed the exercise... the timing is off so therefore the pup is not being taught correctly, as per the video.

Just my .02 cents FWIW
