I am just curious as to why so many adverts state NOT FOR SALE TO PAKISTAN? I am just curious, can someone maybe clear this up for me

I haven't seen such an ad yet. Strange though.

I haven't really seen one but i know it's not strange as i've personally expirienced it. A breeder in south africa denied me purchasing a puppy, that he doesn't export to africa apart from selling in south africa. It's only breeders with monopolistic tendencies that'll want to deny others the joy of owning a gsd.

I have seen it from a few breeders in the czech and slovakian countries. I must say I dont have a problem with selling my dogs to African countries, I have sold some dogs to very good homes there. People can be so funny.

I've not seen that, but when I had an ad up this summer I got irritated because I would get calls here in California very early in the morning, too early, from people in Pakistan wanting to buy my dogs, so maybe they are just tired of getting calls at odd hours like I was :) I don't think I would ever post that on an ad though, I just try and put what time zone I'm in and hope someone pays attention to what time it is when they call...

Aren't dogs considered unclean in Islam?

Maybe they don't want to bother with the paperwork?
