You must surely have some idea by the number you contacted in the first place, the person that sold you the puppy and from where and any information written on your paperwork? That must lead you somewhere as it was recently that you purchased your puppy, so why are you asking for further info unless of course that has drawn a blank, maybe that is what your message is implying.
