70 views no replies well I will update it myself just for the record.
Tried the pad at day 9 which indicated Belle had ovulated. As she is normally a day 15 I went to the vets on day 11 for a progesterone level just to be sure as this was the first time I had used them. Level was 1.9. on day 11. Retested 4 days later and the level was 9.8 and ready for mating. Pads were therefore out by at least 48hrs.

better to just pull progesterone tests.at 1.9 you should not wait four days to retest,you should really test two days later
