I formerly cede my brood bitch Kirby Hartis Bohemia to this woman and there was no problem. Then Jaclyn Kindle has offered me to mediate sale of Mendy Tobani and also sale of Mendy´s puppies (x Scoot Favory Cross). Therefore Mendy Tobani was registered in the AKC on Jaclyn Kindle before the date of January 20, 2012, when she was mated with Scoot Favory Cross owned by Mr. Glisník. Mendy was pregnant and at my expense sent to Arizona. She should be offered for sale in the USA after bred puppies
After the birth of eight puppies sired by Scoot Favory Cross in March 17, 2012 http://www.k9db.com/dogs/scoot-favory-cross-ipo-x-mendy-tobani-zvv-listing-390.aspx Mrs.Jaclyn Kindle decided to buy Mendy Tobani by herself. I and my mother - (Mendys owner) agreed with this adjustment of agreement. But Jaclyn Kindle CEASE ALL CONTACT with me at the time of purchase of puppies. The last information from her was that 5 puppies are in new homes with their owners. The agreement was not never fulfilment. There was no payment for Mendy and puppies.
I have tried several times to contact Jaclyn Kindle in written form since June 2012, but without result.
Last week, 24 October 2012, I found out that Mendy Tobani has puppies again.
After further attempts to contact Jaclyn Kindle this woman answered.She told me not to bothered her otherwise she sue me for harassment.
We have all emails to prove these facts
