This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.

"We are honored to present Lindenhill's Yakuza (Kuza) to the fancy. Forgive us for not having a photo of her due to our home going up in a fire in 2001.
We can describe her as a clean, long striding bitch who had an excellent forequarter, a good rear and a strong, yet feminine, head. She had the same dry coat, high wither and excellent length of neck as her paternal grandsire Select Ch. Hoheneichen's Flag, the temperament and sense of humor and clean as a whistle coming and going as her sire Ch. Rimfire's Ivan Von Way OFA, and the generosity, herding instinct and protective nature as her beautiful dam Lindnehill's Dreamy Mimi (39 ROM points). We urge you to read our story of Kuza's only litter in the January, 1999 Review. Kuza died of mesenteric torsion just three weeks after producing her litter which includes 2001 Grand Victrix BIM Ch. Lindenhill's Voodoo Lily, 2001 MV BIM Select Ch. Lindenhill's Hayabusa, Ch. Lindellhill's You Do Voodoo and Ch. Lindenhill's Big Bone Dance. Kuza's mother, Dreamy Mimi, adopted the litter as her own - the rest is history. Thank you to my dear friend Bo Vujovich for allowing us to breed Kuza to the beautiful Ch. Rosewood's Adonis Anne-Isle (Donnie), who was co-bred with our good friend Martha Simonette. It was a marriage made in heaven. Out of the tragic deaths of Kuza and Donny came a once-in-a-lifetime litter. As I write this, the magnificent litter turns three years old. Behind Kuza and Donnie lies a pedigree of longevity and soundness. God bless the researchers and breeders who will come up with the answers to torsion and bloat. Kuza left us with a litter of sound, beautiful German Shepherd. It is our feeling that they will live the long, sound like of the dogs that preceded them, thanks to the expertise of each of the breeders in their pedigrees. Kuza left us a legacy for which we will always be grateful.
We miss her dearly; for some dogs we wish to live with for the rest of our lives. She was one of these dogs."
