A well above medium size (64.5cm), typey, firm, dry and athletic, well coated, correctly proportioned dog, impressive in his harmony of build, both in stance and in movement. He has a well formed, expressive head. Correct length of neck, high & long wither placement, strong back and good croup. Very good fore & hind-quarter angulation with good breadth of thigh. In movement he shows an easy, enduring sequence of steps, with powerful drive and free reach. Very good character, gun sure.
