The owner has decided to keep Nemo. If Nemo is sold in the future the judge stated I would have a case - my Sale Agreement can be enforced - he cannot be resold/rehomed/traded etc.. he must come back to me.

Legal papers have been served and when there is something to report I will not forget to let you know.
I appreciate the kind thoughts and well wishes/help with this situation. Much more has transpired but I do not feel it is currently in the best interest of Nemo to report more than I have above.
