I tested and bred a female to Agar. He was a good size male and well put together. Had a rich, red sable coat. I had saw a video that had Agar’s sire in it (Gomo Schieferschlob) and it would have been almost impossible to tell them apart. Looks wise he was very typical of his sire. They even had the same powerful gait. I have no idea what Gomo was like on the bite, but Agar had a crushing and convincing grip on the suit. On one bite he was on my back and almost had teeth in my neck. A very vulnerable spot for the helper. I bred an Arys Travnickova dvora daughter to him back in the mid 90s. It was a litter of demons from hell. Had to separate them at four weeks to save ears and tails. A couple pups went with nicks missing from the ears. They were all hostile and relentless in trying to establish rank. A few would try to wage war with mom if she would try to break things up. Took one back at two years. He was still a beast, found that out the hard way (had both testicles) and obvious why the man and woman needed him to depart. Unstoppable drive, desire and determination. Retrieval instinct was over the top. Stick, ball, bricks, he didn’t care. If I recall, every hip that was checked was good. I should have bred to this line every chance I had.
