hey dyanesh do you consider anatomy as most important part or least when you say lot to offer other than anatomy.anatomy is most crucial in the shepherd today my view.

This dog is not for sale anymore. The owner has decided to retain him. I feel sorry for people who malign other people's dogs without revealing their identity.
No dog is the perfect dog. Every dog has its own advantages and disadvantages. This dog in question has a superb temperament and drives not seen anymore in some showlines. Every dog must be used in the best possible way to improve the breed. This dog has a lot to offer other than anatomy which can be used to full potential if only you all put your mind to it.

And a SG2 under a German Judge does not make a pet quality dog!!!

This it has come to me in right times when all people are talking badly to this dog.
The critique from Erich Boesl says
"Medium strong, medium size, slightly flat withers, steep croup, good angulations, good chest proportions, correct front, steps well coming and going, very good movement."
Identity of persons putting this dog and some other dogs in south is become opened with the owners, it is that one stammering fool with a silly import lagging behind in the shows.

Terry dear none of them is the owner or coowner of ferro here.this is a prank thrown by some frustrated useless duffer junk who is not able to fulfil his desire of owning a shepherd and so frequents this site every now and then to vent his frustration and malign certain dogs or dogowners.the link of his comments posted so far will bear out this to any sane person.so ignore this and indian shepherd enthus also keep away from this saddist.this chap is no good and shows all indians in very poor light.

number and I'll pick up...emergency 911
You know I am a sucker for the under dog!
That dearest was a minor tarantula...
Ferro is in the data base,he looks like a young dog, it was the kennel name that caught my eye while reading the posts...By the way...
I need your credit card, to buy new shoes
please have it ready when I see you...
Yesterday Cherry's special
of the day was the toilet brush and a cake of
soap....well to take from the three little
pigs, clean clean all the way home ha ha

Wow,Charisma glad im not on the wrong side of you!!But you are so right in all you say, we can still have a breed dog with temperment and one that works is a bonus!!
Please tell the shit FERRET that BASKO is very well, looking stuning and still in SA!!Producing Top Temperments.

Cool it no way, I am so tired of people pulling dogs to pieces, and never thinking that people buy a dog to use at stud for more than looks, even if we bred the perfect dog what use would it be without a temperament, just look at our national show, not to mention the Sieger show, how many really outstandingly constructed dogs would not do the bite work scary stuff, the thing that puzzles me is some of them can get a schutzhund qualification, whcih leads me to believe that to do a test of courage
is way more difficult than getting a schutzhund, but I ask myself that doesn't
make sense as it is three disciplines,
to date I am perplexed by this anomaly,
But I do have a fond memory of a Schutzhund
3 dog that graced our shores some years ago,
who when taken to the stake proceeded to lift his leg????This dog has also been widley used at stud, for his very good working qualifications, so I think in general,if breeders don't start giving temperament a priority in there breeding plan, I have a feeling, they are going to be up shit creek without a paddle so to speak....
So "madame" as Simla refers to must know something!Oh and in answer to your question
"Basko" is a stunner, wish you could see that "shoe eating serial killer" I have at home I may put her in the show one day soon..
Is he still around a ferret told me he has gone back to germany..

Hay Charisma cool IT, you are spot on about Temperment looks are not all that counts,
BigB not sure about the quick buck? from Imports, Where is the photo???i need to look at this male, Not like Basko Charisma??
Charisma

Simla, what about temperament, obviously
noy a high proirity for you gathering
by what I read in your post, Big B gets my
vote on this one at leats he mentioned
the dogs character..
Sorry I forgot India doesn't need working qualifications....
So why on earth would you worry about that!!!
Big B

Well SimlaMirch I agree with your comment that most of the imports that come every year are average. They only have good bloodlines and this is simply because the importers want to make a quick buck. But you never know something outstanding might come from these dogs.
I am still confident about Ferro and think he will come upto my expectations.

That is very good tip you have given BigB croupe placement will improve with exercise. i must keep this in mind thankyou. for ferro ok we shell in 1 year. I am not trying point to fault but telling to people that why we need ordinary imports, only for pink papers?
Big B

Come on SimlaMirch do not be so harsh on this young dog.He certainly looks like a male and will improve with age also he does not fall on his fronts.Yes the size of hocks will not change with age but how many GSDs in India are having the correct sized hocks? Also I hope you will agree that croup improves with correct excercise and age.Let's see how he turns in another year.
SimlaMirch
Posted: Sat Oct 16, 2004 01:04 pm
give couple of more years for what? for the position of croup to change? for hock length to decrease? for him to stop falling on his front? for him to look like male? comeon BigB. ok for your satisfaction we will see back to him after 1year and also critigue and position in sigar show and national ok. end for now
Big B

Yes Charisma Ferro is in India and SimlaMirch I also agree with you that Quarz is a better male but Ferro is still young and we should give him a couple of years.

Why Madame has got dog like this after good one like Rossana and Quarz. I have seen in MCC show average speciman. Gained rcc for lack of competion. This is result of clamouring for import tag, she has breed better animals.

Don't worry I found the picture, Is this dog in India?
Charisma

where did you see the picture of this dog is it here on the site?
Big B

This is not a good photo of Ferro as I have seen him and he is a very nice strong young male.Needs another 2years to come to his bloom.A very eager mover with a lovely side-gait,good temperament and very alert inside the ring.Nice pedigree too.Good luck to his owner.

This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.
