Hutchins you could be right about the ears and hip hair, but his hind legs look bad too and still not the best photo. It's a shame when people submit photo's that do not show a dog in a good way.

In all honesty, I also think this is not the best pic, but the ears with no fur on them looks like it coudl be from the ears being taped to aid in helping them stand. He does look like a very young male with weak ears.  As for the bald spot on the hip, it almost seems like the guy's finger has pulled the fur so that it appears the fur is missing. Not sure it is actually fur missing. JMO.   

Don't mean to be rude but this dog needs vet treatment for those bald ears and hips. Whoever thought that this was a good photo to submit needs their eyes testing, take it off!!!!!
