For you to compare your dog to this fine VA male is about as much a joke as the "Universal Sieger Title" your dog has!!
Imagine how crazy one gets about being called on the information that they try to inflate about a SIMPLE DOG. Leave this dog and her owner out of this.

My deepest sympathy to Nicos. Because her VA dog, Apoll, got second place at a show behind Dasko von Arlett, under one of the most prestigious SV Judges who has judged at the German World Sieger Show, Nicos has gone on a rampant rage, launching libelous attacks on every one: the Universal Sieger; the handler; the Judge; and the owners. Dasko von Arlett's distinguished record speaks for itself, and nothing Nicos says can affect that. Indeed, I agree with earlier people who reacted to Nicos: every great dog has his detractors.

Nicos has been consistent in using foul and inflammatory language and carrying out vendettas against other top dogs, impinging the integrity of judges, and making all sorts of false and incorrect accusations. See, for example, the low moral levels to which she sinks in her user sent messages of October 31, 2004, November 1, 2004, and April 24 and 25, 2005. I have never seen such vitriolic acrimony or so much evident ignorance.

Nicos is so unknowledgeable that she does not realize how much ignorance she shows in her writing. For example:

1. Nicos refers to "confirmation" shows; there is no such thing. Nicos has yet to understand that the shows are "conformation" shows, because judges judge how close to the standard the dog is.

2. Nicos does not know that the GSDCA-WDA Universal Sieger Show is a national show like the Sieger Show, but a much more demanding one. It requires the dog to go through a full SchH 3 Trial and through a Conformation Show in one weekend. It thus places extreme demands on the dog. Very few dogs have the stamina, training, endurance, and structure to meet such a challenge. Other dogs that competed for the title of Universal Sieger at the show, where Dasko earned the title, failed, and others did not even enter the working phase.

3. Nicos was at the Universal Sieger Show, where Dasko earned his title, with her dog, but did not enter him for obvious reasons. If it were so easy to become Universal Sieger, why did Nicos not dare enter her dog?

One word of advice to Nicos: learn from Dasko's owners. Enjoy and love your dog for what he is, and follow their example of congratulating the winners at shows. I have never heard Dasko's owners bad mouth other dogs. They did not buy from Germany a titled dog, like you did to nourish your ego. They bought a puppy, as a pet, and had fun titling him. You have no idea what it takes in terms of dedication, devotion, and time to title a dog yourself. If you had worked with your dog, instead of just parading him, you would have probably bonded with him, loved him even if he did not win a show to satisfy your arrogance, and learnt what sportsmanship is all about.

Nicos: you are a sore loser and you should be ashamed of yourself. Given your unethical attacks on World Sieger Larus von Batu and the SV Judge at the World Sieger Show, Universal Sieger Dasko von Arlett is in good company.
