3 hours is reasonable. I don't get that message so didn't know exactly what the limit was changed to. I did ask Oli to lower the limit to 2 hours so we will see.

I do it all the time because I might think of something else and want to add it, without writing another post.

I don't think it matters much if posters add a sentence, or correct some typos etc. What is a pain is if someone takes out and/or substitutes whole chunks of text that significantly alter the content of what they originally posted. For instance, if you change your mind about a topic, you ought to say that in a separate post. Otherwise it becomes less than honest.

Wondering

I noticed a post from way, back, months ago, can still be posted on... that doesn't seem to have a time limit, like back in the old days? Haven't tried to bring one back up from years ago, though...
