You've got it wrong - the laugh would be on the KC - afterall its the only show where they get money from the entries.  Plus an almost empty ring would not look good with the new TV coverage.

LIEBE.      What you say would be a refreshing thought but you are very wrong in your assumptions.  There would not be empty rings , far from it  !.  You would be amazed at just how many Alsatianists would be jumping out of the woodwork to enter crufts if they thought the GSDs were absent !.   You should not under estimate the Alsatianists !.

Your right svbc1.

I HAVE POSTED A POST ON THE GENRAL TOPIC BOARD. THE POST IS CALLED 'HANDLERS'. IN IT I HAVE SAID THAT I AM LOOKING FOR A GERMAN SHEPHERD SHOW HANDLER. FOR MORE INFO, PLEASE READ THE POST, BEFORE YOU SEND ME ANYTHING.

SVBC1 - but they will have rings filled with bags of wind scared of their own shadows.

A couple of years back I went to crufts after many years of not going, and I went to see what kind of dogs were about and with the hope of finding a Male I liked to use on my bitch.  Unfortunately that year there were a good chunk of Alsations there and they were horrendous.  My husband approached one and it all but P......d its pants and disappeared up its own backside and sadly it was not alone.

Looking at the judge for next year and having seen some of his placings - its could be be a rough going for Germanic's anyway as the last time he was all over the place, and had no consistency and no comprehension of his judging could made.

How true.

Unfortunately there are very few judges with enough what ever you want to call it to with hold tickets etc.,
