Reposting the links to Ibrahim's youtube clips of wolves trotting, hoping it works. If it doesn't work, I'll delete this my post. But let's see:

Living Fence, you are great
Wolves are trotting now

by Ibrahim on 08 February 2016 - 22:02

Xeph, as I said, your dog shows excellent elbow open + front reach. I think Joanro's shows better rear extension, that is hock open if I may call it.

It is also obvious yours shows more under reach due to more rear angulation. Great pictures.
Did you watch the videos Living Fence just posted?
Back to wolf trotting, isn't that a good trot or what guys?

Xeph - the biggest difference I see between your dogs and Joan's (and my dog) is the back leg when trotting.   Your dogs seem almost to be landing on their hocks when they plant their rear foot, and it is landing ahead of where the front foot was.    With Joan's dog, my dog, and the trotting wolf, the rear foot is placed almost where the front foot was, plus the dogs are landing on their feet with more distance between the hock and the ground.     Below is my dog (in front), from Joan's breeding, at 31 months old...
