To answer the question about the bird... It looks like either a Green Cheek conure or Dusky conure

Could be a blue crown conure or a maroon bellied conure. My bet is on a young blue crown.

He looks like a young bi-color GSD.  Good looking fellow, and will certainly fill out, as he ages.  Might benefit from some more exercise, I suppose.

At 14 months he should be in good condition swimming aleast 3 times a week if no water tyre pulling build a sand pit running on sand grate for muscle hard barking for ball grate for core start the work slow and remember a short time in the water equill to a lot of miles for a dog
