From our TOS

make statements based on rumor or hearsay. This includes breeder bashing, which we define as negative comments not based on direct personal experience with said breeder. Be aware, posting an experience may give up your right to remain anonymous.

With all due respect for the tos, where's the proof that the title of this thred has any basis in fact? If there is no proof, then this title appears to be nothing but slander.

Proof of claims against any kennel or breeder seems reasonable and not only the one in this thred.

With all due respect you have been asked on several occasions if you have anything to say about moderator comments do so in a PM.
The OP has given his side of the story and the breeder has given theirs, this has to do with you exactly what??? Since the 2 sides have had their say this thread is really over, we don't need certain members trying to drag it out for drama.

The proof is in what just happened. We cannot or will not approve these types of threads beforehand The reason being - it sometimes takes both sides to get to all the facts and I nor any other admin is going to sit back in PMs and try to figure out what is true and what isn't true. And when we find out that we were lied to or we made a mistake and opening Oli and this site up to being accused of slander and potential lawsuits. lol, we already get so much of it we frankly wish people would get schooled on the laws. But by pre-approving these types of threads that is exactly what will happen. We may step into these threads if the other side says this is BS and we may ask for proof to be shown. Vet statements, contracts, emails and such but to pre-approve them is never going to happen while I am here, there is just to much potential liability involved.
