Baerenfangs Erbe

by Baerenfangs Erbe on 20 August 2014 - 20:08

I don't understand why people would actually sign a contract like that in the first place.

Because the people he markets to do not know any better and think he is a truly legitimate breeder. They were swindled.

This boy has developed a cult following. It's so amusing and slightly comical (other than the GSDs that are involved).

Those that have no clue about training, just see a wave of GSDs moving along as

he commands the basic sit, stay, down, etc. Maybe those that have only known the

GSD as an aggressive breed are impressed that he can control that many at one

time........... it's just hard to know really, and hard to understand the mentality of these what seems

to be mostly young girls. They speak for him, defend him, so much so, that he doesn't

need to defend himself.....just wait a little for the next minion to attack for him.

I love this quote and it applies to him....."He is doped up on his own sick delusions of perceived grandeur".

"He expressly forbids any customers to speak negatively in any way against his operation. It also directly forbids them from making complaints."

Or what? He's going to try and take their dog from them?  He won't honor whatever warranty he might have claimed to offer? He'll put a curse on them and their descendants?  Really, regardless of what he has them sign, I think it's a safe bet that his "gag clause" would NEVER hold up in court.

by jaggirl47 on 21 August 2014 - 05:08

Hexe, the contract does state that he can take their dogs back if he chooses to, no reason needed, and that the buyer would be reuired to pay him more money for him taking the dog at his discretion.

by hexe on 21 August 2014 - 05:08

jaggirl47, the contract can say that he gets to take their first born child, their house, and their transplantable organs from them--you can write anything you want into a contract but that does not mean it will stand in a court. Like it or not, the purchase of a dog is a simple purchase of property, and once you buy that property there is little the seller can actually control or try to prevent.  If you bought a new Ford pick-up truck from a dealer, they could have you sign a contract that prohibits you from complaining about the vehicle if there was something that dissatisfied you--but they could never enforce it. Same goes here. He would have to take the client to court, where a judge would explain that concept to him.

Hexe, believe me, I know. I'm just putting it out there what his contract states. He makes people sign it once they have issues or he refuses to give them their money back (for the dead pups) or their registration, etc. It's disgusting.

..uuuuuuugh about the contracts.

:/ how many more red flags on this guy? Does it ever end?
