This event is not about Germany / Europe against the USA, it´s about the best German Shepherd/handler teams of the world.
All of them spent months or years of their life training their dog during rain, snow, day after day, 7 times the week...
And, Bubba, you are wrong, although we do have the BSP for almost every German handler it´s a HONOUR to be a member of the WUSV team...
It doesn´t matter that much to be first or somewhere in the middlefield, it´s about training on a HIGH level, almost none of us will ever be able to participate, no matter out of which club.

USCA does not claim to have an FCI-recognized registry and makes it clear that the USCA registration is an addendum. Plain and simple. Was that always the case? NO! Meloy clearly intended for it to be a "real," i.e. FCI-recognized registry. However, that was cleared up way back in 1998 (as I am sure you are aware). USCA requires AKC/CKC/other FCI-recognized registration as a requirement. From the registration application form:
"
Individual German Shepherd Dog previously registered through AKC, CKC or other recognized foreign registry:
International FCI rules prevent the issuance of any new registration documents for dogs seeking individual registration. The registration documents from the original registering organization (such as AKC, CKC, etc.) will be stamped by the SV Breed Registry Office, indicating dual USA/SV registration. ( Emphasis added.)
Odd, isn't it, how you always bring a topic back to a misinformation-filled tirade against USCA? You are not a member, as is your right and choice. So, why the "Little Man Syndrome" behavior about USCA at every turn? Go train your "Hard Kandee" dogs and take to the field yourself to prove that you above all others can "do it in America." Odd, I don't think I have ever seen your name or your kennel name in any trial results and/or show results. Apparently, you do nothing with whatever it is that you are producing, so why the constant ranting. Just go get a prescription to address your issues.

1. "If IPO is about breeding better GSD then the WUSV world championship participant countries and their WUSV world championship team should compete with native bred and born GSD." Why because you say so? Should every baseball team be comprised of only people who were born and raised in the same state that the team is located in?
2. "If the WUSV world championship is about who is the best trainer and handler then the SV should clone all of the dogs for all of the hopeful participants as in NASCAR so that everyone has the same equipment." Not even a good argument. Cars are inanimate objects not living animals. And even in NASCAR you have an equal base car but each crew can tweek things to get the best performance out of it. Just like we all have a base (the GSD) and can tweek it with our breedings... to suit.
3. "Schutzhund/IPO is and was not designed as a competitive sport for humans .. it is and was a breeding test for the GSD breed originally." Yep and you mentioned NASCAR. That was a bunch of moonshiners making faster cars to out run the police. The humans made it a competitive sport.
4. "Humans turned Schutzhund/IPO into a competition between humans and added other breeds of dogs as participants (Pit Bulls ??)." So people with other breeds of dogs saw the sport and decided that it might be a fun activity to do with their dog. What possible relivance does this have too any point you are trying to make?
5. "In the USA especially the participants and winners of the WUSV world championship are irrelevant to breeding better GSD in the USA unless the dogs are native born and bred with USA created bloodlines." First off there are many top competitors who really could care less about creating their own breeding program. So it's up to those that breed to these competitors dogs. Every GSD in the USA now is the product of GSD's that originally came from Germany. So who's to say when the cut off for no more imports is??? YOU??? So what if the next imported dog would have been the apex producer here and his line would have become the greatest bloodline had he just been able to breed to that female in Ohio? But it didn't happen because BUBBA said NO MORE IMPORTS.
BUBBA don't like UScA? Easy answer don't be part of it. No one forces anyone to join. Just have fun in your chosen club.
How about a truly decent irrefutable statement...JUST ONCE....
Better yet just send me a list of young dogs that you have available from your breeding program that you think can be taken to the top. I'll let you know which one i like and we'll come to terms and I'll make sure that it gets the best training and you and I can be the start of this great undertaking. Other than that I'm done on this subject with you.
Back to the Qualification Trial, good luck too all and hope that the weather forecast changes.
