Doesn't this continue to become one huge delay game! It is apparent there is such a pattern, that it is expected.
This is like a tennis match! That was an ace serve for Jenni. Will it be enough for game, set, match point?
Looks like this is child's play for the savvy, well-versed game of, "I don't like how you asked me for your money, so I'll just keep the money and the dog."
Thought you wanted to give your attorney a blank check , one that would clear, any way, when you sent him to court the third time? What has changed now? Hmmm. Just write the check, geeze.

Who owns the writers text does it belong to the forum or can anyone copy and use it to stalk people with threats of litigation.

let's put an end to this and go our separate ways. Here is an adult request for payment....
Dear Jenni, There has obviously been a breakdown of communication between us that has resulted in court proceedings.
These proceedings led to a judgment for $1900. I'm politely asking you when you'll will be submitting payment for that judgment .

Sorry Bee, it's not hitting a pinata, it's beating a dead horse. There is NOTHING that can be accomplished posting the same stuff over and over and over and over on a message board, other than grind that axe, beat that horse and make yourself look a certain way. No matter how "right" you actually are, or how "right" you think you are, one doesn't win crap by this behavior. But carry on if you must.
If I had a judgement in my favor, there are many more effective and adult like ways to recoup that judgement. Post that you got a judgement, Get if off your chest, but pretty much anything past the first half page is nothing but piling on and grinding axes, and then trying to legitimize that axe grinding with more axe grinding.

But still, I disagree with your opinion. The fact that you and everyone else is trying to make this thread into a "nothing" tells me that it is a "something." Of course this is only my opinion.
And to be very clear, all the attempts at shaming me for using an accurate word like "liquidate" is pitiful. I am totally unconcerned how some people are worrying about my appearance. The truth is, they were never going to invite me to their parties anyway.

I never said it was "nothing". Nor am I trying to make it "nothing". But what "needed" to be said was said long ago. The rest has been fluff. I guess what I had to say was said long ago too. With that, I'm taking my own advice.

Some people need to hear their own words as for myself the connection between my brain and my heart is still and allways will be intact.
KUMBAYA hey it's a start towards evolving.
As for GSD people working toward a single goal i believe in miracles. Try watching highway to heaven reruns you might find something you can relate to.
