Just got off the phone with the shelter. OK- the adopters never showed up to take Cranberry:( Today German Shepherd Rescue of Atlanta called expressing an interest in her. However, I told Justine, ACO, that if they do not take her tomorrow to proceed with spay on Monday. She will be picked up on Tuesday, after the spay, by a local foster who has volunteered to hold her for transport (doing the happy dance and bless her heart!). So, once again, a holding pattern..... That valium bottle is calling me ;)

transport is going to Long Island but I have a friend whose husband is a pilot, and I believe he will fly her upstate where Joni can get her.

Actually, it would have to be a decaf ;) I was so wound up last night I didnt de-stress until about 3 am... The volunteer foster has given me some breathing room, thank heavens!

Well,at least it's looking up for Cranberry. Sure will be nice to her Safe,poor girl. Just let me know, I'nm ready for her.

one more day of wai-a -ting- adopter being sent by GSD Rescue of Atlanta will go tomorrow to make their decision. I already arranged for Cranberry to be spayed on Monday, so she would be safe. If the adopter wants her, she can keep the appt. If not, she will be spayed and picked up by her foster who will hold her for transport.:) I will be glad when this is all settled one way or the other. I couldnt fall asleep last night until 6 am this morning :(
