Hi stumpywop, please do not get irritated, we just have  different perceptions and opinions.

First, started this thread, I have no lawyer, and want to know how the law works in europe (croatia) and get a advice and opinions to find the best way to solve the case.

What's really confused me and think it over. why you are bias and do not see, realise and analyse about these cases :

1. there are damages, caused by  Djuro Ivaskovic.

2. there are 3 cases against djuro ivaskovic, by 3 different people from different places and different countries.

3. there are victims.

You always said that my posts will resullt in deflamatory posts, How about Djuro's post at facebook, does it has a deflamatory posts?

Hi Stumpywop, if you have a real name I could call by your name also. I just want to make clear for you something that you wrote in this forum:

Do NOT ask me to beleive you and do NOT ask whether someone else's post is truthful or not. Just because YOU have decided to make statements against someone doesn't make it true. Has it occurred to you that it is just as likely that you and your friends have started a hate campaign against the breeder because you didn't get what you wanted? After all, this happenes a lot. So why would I believe you over someone else? Because you say so? How ridiculous!

Please, don't say anything wrong if you don't know the reality. I think it is not a hate campaign. If you read my post you will see I tried to say be careful with cheaters because I was cheated for mr. Djuro Ivaskovic. My proofs are strong, I think I have the best witness I can have. He sold me one dog (Sokrat Semper Wictor) and after he received the money (my money) he was still offering with a new ad the same dog in this same web page.
What do you think about it?. Even when I posted the warning, a couple breeders were surprised for Djuro...so, 3 different people in the same time.
Just think about it.

I lost my 2 posts, may not meet the term of service, I understand. but no intention to insult anyone, but I just like to put the fact .... anyway you still can check it at djuro ivaskovic's facebook wall.  you will know what's happening.

Still waiting for GK air frankfurt to give an explanation to HKS Disciplinary Commision about My case, as they are my witnesses.

Don't worry  Sun Kin , I'm sure Mr. Faruk Berberovic from GK air Frankfurt will contact you and I'm sure he will tell all the truth.
We all trust in GK to send our dogs and I think they are serious company, so I think they don't want to protect anybody.
It is just a little time more. I hope it.

thank you jorge for support, I think so that GKair Frankfurt is not a small company, extremely german company should be a proffersional and high quality standard of service like germany products has high quality standard more than japan products. but I am asking first time at 12 september since the case happened on 8th of september. but no reply from GKair. I know that the statement is very important to me and my case, as they are my witneseses.
and I am still asking in the past of 1 months for many times. but they still have not written a statement, but they promised to give a statement.  I do not why???
