This is what I dont get? I know nothing about said "Camry" dog nor her pedigree...
News flash:

CGC title is probably the easiest title to throw on a dog. Why not just go with another dog... Get her CGC and TDI then go from there. Inless this dog has an amazing pedigree... $2,500.. or whatever you paid is too much for a dog with CGC... IMO

Well I'm curious,Serenity did you get your money yet? And another thing I noticed on peggysue's comment she said serenity will get her money back as soon as she sells this dog. Sounds like it didn't take peggysue long to get to the bank and then spend the money.
Oh and peggysue you have on your site your dogs go to state police.I was wondering how many of them you get back because they don't have what it takes?

After filing an internet fraud complaine Peggy refunded the shipping costs and put in writing that the balance will be paid by November 30th. She says it should be within the next two weeks. Hopefully she follows through. I'm still not thrilled about giving her an interest free loan but as long as the remaining $1000.00 is returned I will consider the issue resolved.

sorry for your situation, i hope it turns out.  But in the future, don't get too excited over a CGC.  Really, it shows next to nothing.  If your dog is breathing and not a raving lunatic, it can get a CGC.  It doesn't mean it's been socialized with handicapped or hospital settings.  It doesn't mean a lot of things it's "supposed" to mean

Well good for you Serenity.

It sounds like you have been used to me. I would only contact the police if you have proof (emails, texts messages, the Paypal receipt, etc.), especially if the majority own dogs from her kennel and probably will favor her. I would definately show up to the kennel and demand a refund and/or the dog, especially if she has confessed to having spent your money. I would demand the dog (if you still want the dog) and the refund.

As for the previous posts, I support responsible kennels who breed for the betterment of the breed, not just for the hell of it. It sounds like you're trying to build a successful kennel, and it takes time, money, and a lot of effort. I hope these new additions you are looking for and/or have obtained are good representations of the breed standard, not just long/short coats and looks. It sounds to me like you're just getting started, so don't take on more than you can responsibly take care of. The last thing anyone wants is great dogs who aren't given the proper time and affection they need, especially puppies. I'm glad you insist on titling your dogs and OFA certification, but, being someone who has worked as a vet tech and volunteered in many rescue organizations, I hope you have suitable homes picked out for any possible pups before they are ever bred. The last thing any responsible breeder wants is to find one of their pups in a rescue or neglectful owner somewhere.

German Shepherd Security

I have breeder friends all over the United States who have contacted me after reading the disturbing posts on this thread. I get on the database about once every three months and lately a little more because of this thread. I have emailed Oli to report abuse for zigzag's postings. Steve Guertin (zigzag) purchased a female german shepherd pup 5 years ago for $400.00 (he says $500.00) out of 100% DDR Iltis v Wildsau, SchH3, IPO3, KKL1 and Czech Border Patrol Import Naya z Pohranicni Straze from Chip Weiss's Breeding at Cimmerian German Shepherds. Steve was told the reason for the low price, that the pups had not been socialized properly and that I was sellilng them for a friend, Chip Weiss of Cimmerian German Shepherds due to a fall and a concussion that Chip had. Steve continued to email me and send pictures of how good the pup was doing and I surmised that all was well. Over the years Steve began posting negative remarks on Puppyfind and after I faxed all of the emails to Puppyfind Staff, they finally blocked his remarks. I have a littermate to the dog Steve purchased and she is a fine dog, stable and a great broodbitch, "Naya v Cimmerian", OFA Good Hips and Normal Elbows. She is one of my greeters when people come to look at puppies. If any of you on the database know Chip Weiss, owner and breeder of Cimmerian German Shepherds, you would know exactly what he would tell Steve Guertin (zigzag) about the dog he purchased out of 2 schutzhund titled imports for 1/3 of what a pup like that should go for. Steve emailed this morning to say "let the games begin" because I have been ignoring his emails. He has continued to use the database to air his dirty laundry. I even gave him the name and phone number of Sgt. David Yount with The Michigan State Police K9 Unit, Special Operations 517-322-5810 so that he could get to the truth instead of all of his lies. Steve I know you told me you won't go away but I hope the readers get to know the true YOU! If the lady wants to come to my house and pick up Camry, I welcome her. Most people do come to my home to pick out their puppies and see the parents, that is the way this business goes. Sarah is very happy with Ruger and has contacted me to purchase a female for breeding purposes with Ruger. Please stop the abuse Steve.

Wow Peggysue, that was a mouthful!  First of all, it seems like everytime you come here, it is to defend yourself.  How is it that everyone else is a liar in your eyes?  Your earlier e-mails, you indicated that you were sorry for not getting back to me sooner, and made it sound like you would be willing to make things right.  The last email you sent me, you stated that you were going to talk to Chip on Saturday.

I know that puppyfind wanted evidence of you ripping me off.  I didn't take the time, because I made my point, and wanted people to see my comment.

You are the one that threatened me, when you said that you "know people" and you work at a courthouse, and I am still waiting to hear from your attorney that you stated you would be calling.

Peggy, this is not just about the money.  I have purchased puppys from 3 different kennels out of state, and I can't say a bad thing about them--I would even recommend them.  (And I paid much more for their dogs.)  I feel that you have cheated and lied to me.  You sent me a skiddish pup (full of whipworm), and when I expressed my concerns, you told me that it wasn't your litter--you were selling the litter for a friend, and HE hadn't socialized the litter.  (My check wasn't made payable to Chip Weiss)  Recently, in some of your e-mails, you indicated that you work 2 jobs and you take time for your son's extracurricular activities and get home around 9pm.  How is it even possible to socialize your dogs when you are not home all day long?  (You even stated that it takes time away from the dogs)  I did not realize that to be the case when I purchased my pup from you.

In one of your e-mails you mentioned that this database is for respectable people to ask respectable questions--and not for bashing.  But it would appear from reading your post, that you are only interested in bashing me.

I am more than happy to share the e-mails that we have been sending each other--if anyone is interested in seeing them.  Feel free to message me.

Very sorry that this matter was brought before the board.

Steve Guertin
