I'll take the responsibility for fanning the flames in a direction they should not have gone.  Thank you for reconsidering.

Cyber bullying is not ok. It's no more ok for us to be cruel than it is for Vickie to be nasty. This thread will be permanently closed if people don't act in better faith. Please focus on the situation with the dogs and not on Vickie's personal issues. Just asking for this one favor.

i do wish there would be some sort of legal recource on this woman. i know if she would have done this around here she would never be alowed to own dogs in this county again.

If you have questions about what we do feel free to PM us.

Obviously, something was said to make us do what we did.
We are NOT going to leave things like that up, just so everyone can read what was said.

I agree that Vickie should not be encouraged to commit suicide.  BUT, it's time for her to atone and fess up instead of torturing people further.  We know she obviously doesn't have the monies owed, nor some of the dogs the dogs ~sigh~, but giving a crumb of remorse would go a long way... JUST SAYIN'!  The evidence is overwhelming and she needs to give up on the dogs, for good.

Sadly, anything involving working with animals has a tendency to attract people with various psychological malfunctions; there are far too many Vickies (and Janice Bartmess' and Tim Helsers and Lorenzo Williams, and...) in the dog circles, and the situations always seem to devolve to what's happened in this instance, with dogs starved and neglected and poisoned, and with creditors, buyers, sellers and partners chasing after them.  Vickie's threat to Birgit is just that--a threat--and we've already seen this role played by Janice Bartmess and Tim Helser on this very stage...it's sort of a mandatory part of the script, and yet another weapon in her arsenal of manipulation.  While I truly hope she gets help for her emotional and psychological issues, that's entirely on her to decide; in the meantime, she needs to turn over any dogs in her possession to their previous owners immediately while there's still hope for their survival. Once she no longer has that monkey on her back, perhaps she might start thinking about getting her life in some semblence of order so she doesn't find herself in this position yet AGAIN. As outraged as I am at what she's done to these dogs she was responsible for, I also have to remember that only a truly *broken* human being can be so heartless as to starve and poison and abandon dogs and other helpless beings...  Yes, it would be a step in the right direction, I suppose, if she "'fessed up" as GSDTravels suggests, but until she's been repaired there's no way that's ever going to happen.  I say the smart move is for whomever has access to Vickie to do whatever it takes to persuade her to give up any dogs that she has anything to do with, whether they're with her or stashed at someone else's place.

I am not a cruel person as I had a welfare check done on Vickie by her local police department because of the email I received.  She is not stable so I tried to make any effort to get Sam back, only to be threatened by her today because I had a welfare check done on her.  It does not matter as I will move forward with my original plan.  I tried to reason with her about the poor dogs.  There is NO reasoning with this woman.
