Hi Kaoboy,

I got my puppy from the Bullinger shepherds in Aldergrove,BC.
I am learning each day and i am new to this sport too.
Perhaps more experienced people on this forum can comment?

My comment sonya, TRACY....you have her dog, talk to her and pick her brain.....one phone call will save you a ton of time and heart ache learning.  Listen to Tracy then go out in the dog world, you will see what I mean.  You can grow and develop on your own, but take her foundation and insight to avoid potential disasters.

I will get off my soap box, but this comes from experience.

Hi Jacko,

Thanks for the reply. Sorry that i did not reply to your earlier post.Tracy has always been helpful. I will definitely get in touch with her and pick her 'brain"smiley. Your avatar looks like a bullinger shepherd, is it?

sonya, the only time you have an issue is if the pup runs from strangers. you have a good problem.

I have had 4 Bullinger dogs, fighting the urge to get another girl as she has one that reminds me of one way too much.  Jacko is a Kirschental, which you find Dela Kirschental in Tracy's foundation lines which I loved and why I got Jacko when I had the chance.

Hi Sonya,

I agree with Mystere - contact the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club. There are two clubs in SK - see below:

Enjoy your dog!
