THANK YOU!  I'm glad you both understand my point, and I assure you I understood my TD perfectly well.

Sid vom Haus Pixner.  Any comments/opinions?

by Gustav on 09 January 2011 - 13:01

He's producing some strong dogs when bred with good females, imo!

Sid vom Haus Pixner placed 15th in the 2004 BSP
Arthus von Lünsholz 3-5
Greif zum Lahntal 4-5
One progeny took 1st in BSP2010, and three progeny took top 10 slots of the BSP2009

gustav , you won the pot of gold with the second half of your comment

I mentioned sid before, it seems his mothers line are strong because you see mary and mona v haus pixner behind many good dogs/studs, sabo v bacteroides placed 7th in WUSV 2010 and he is also after sid.

Alright then, to validate that statement, what do you know about these females?

Xanda vom Randegger Schloß
Liss vom Leipheimer Moor
Inka vom Sulzachgrund

nothing  as im not into westlines , but there are no magic males around that will produce quality out of every crappy bitch they breed , no supersperm , no sure way to succes , only great combinations

So, today something got me thinking!
(happens sometimes)

I am not sure but how come none of the dogs mentioneded as studs come from American kennels.. I could have missed them but most if not all of the studs, are from kennels from Europe. I know of one stud mentioned here that was purchase as a puppy and trained in the USA.. but that is the only one I recognized All this talk where the puppies went, how they placed, why aren't we talking about American trained and bred dogs here?

Just wondering.....
