There will be lots of people still wishing to be as good at getting great performances from their dogs as Henriette does on a regular basis. Lets hope the GB folk give her the pat on the back she deserves, 2 90+phases  and heaven only knows how much pressure she felt going into the 3rd. This time sitting on top of the leader board was uncharted waters and no doubt valuable experience and a great confidence boost for next year.

Still a brilliant performance, very well done

U R absolutely correct don't look at the final score or result here for GB this is a significant step forward. On another day H could have pulled an 85 plus "B" round and that would have pushed her into the top 15 ish in the conditions we are seeing in Seville- defo unchartered territory for UK participants. This dog wil always hit the high numbers in" A" and be thereabouts in "C"- so it can be done. (Rome was not built in a day)

H will be gutted (I know her) but, when the dust settles, I hope she, and others from UK, see what she has achieved this weekend.

Congratulations.

Got on line to watch Fintan (Ireland), Eric and Darran (GB) doing the Protection rounds this morning only to find the cameraman not only gone for a coffee again, but parked the camera with the last hide out of view so very little to see of the first two, Eric got 83 and Fintan was disqualified, problems with the out. I sent an email complaining about the coverage and within a minute, the camera was back in action, just in time to watch Darrans round, Ursus did not search all the hides and did not out so, though the result is not up yet, he must have been disqualified.

As a personal bonus, with the camera back in action, I had the chance to watch the sire of The Silver Machine, Ken vom Padberg, performing his Obedience and looked pretty good, but only 81 points after failing the sendaway.

Just watched one of the Japanese dogs fail the sendaway and improvise by retrieving the dumbell, demolishing the stand on the process and there is a Ukraine handler on at the moment whose dog was out for a stroll instead of heeling, I am so sorry for them, it must be terribly intimidating out there.

WOW! Tiekerhook at 2 Place!
Who know a pedigree von Dusty?

Kaffirdog

by Kaffirdog on 23 October 2010 - 18:10

Dusty v Tiekerhook was born July 2006, by Lex v Tiekerhook out of Elsey v Tiekerhook

There is another Dusty on the database, but he is about 11 years old and obviously different breeding.
