Again a very good post, and it does give some insight previously 'undiscovered' if you like. No I certainly do not advocate people coming on and posting just to attack someone, and that should be the job of the moderator - to remove posts like that so they never see the light of day.
Your scenario with the puppies I fully understand, and the needless name calling and labels 'nutters' will give people when those people are acting as they should - I get it, I really do. I also get the scenario you've mentioned with someone who breeds litter after litter wanting help being given short shrift - I couldn't agree more.
I have to disagree with your final comment though, if you disagree with him in a debatable manner the debate will continue. Not true I'm afraid. He will start being sarcastic and rude, and become progressively more vile in his comments. The only way to continue a debate is by agreeing, and that's not a debate.
MissBeeb - Did you mean BINGO? in which case I assume you agree - I hit the nail on the head? Yes? (Thank you for your support)

Sorry MissB, now I understand - you thought I was another poster. That seems to be a favourite pastime on here too - guessing who the anons are. (I see you've led old Mr P with you up the garden path

but the clue IS in the name if you want to guess again!
BTW I was on the thread because (unsurprisingly) it is of particular interest to me, but as usual because of old Mr P, it descended into the usual crapola. Hacked me off to see the same old, same old being played out, still does. Another wrecked thread bites the dust. Still, as we all say, upwards and onwards.
If I had simply wanted to have a pop at Videx I would have joined in the Irish Sieger thread LOL
