The "altercation" as reported to me, was public  - and has serious implications for future EVENTS, not least in respect of maintaining discipline and safety at all GSD Events. and these very important issues need to be aired publicly.
This is an opportunity to do that!

Hi Tom,

Since you have come on to the board, I will answer this thus far.   You and I did not have a public disagreement.

You were practicing with your dog in the ring that we needed to set up for the Koerung, and I informed you that the judge was waiting.   I had no issue with you practicing with your dog and fully expected you to just say OK - and that was that.

What I didnt expect was that you ignored me on 5 requests, so making it impossible for me to get set up for the Koerung inside the ring.   The judge announced that he would not stand in the rain waiting for some-one who was being ignorant, and asked for the gun test there and then.

I went to the food area and asked assistance from your father, but he thought it was quite funny, in fact, his reply was  "Thats Tom  -  you should meet his brother"  So that got me no-where.

It was a tthis point that Zep intervened, went into the ring to you, and whatever was said between you both, you left the ring shouting that Sch.h.3 was more important than a Koerung.

I was well impressed.

Hi all!

This thread is now very amuzing....instead of addressing the REAL issues here;

SOFT PUPPY SLEEVE USED!

INCORRECT TAPE MEAUSRE USED

MEASUREMENTS NOT TAKEN ON LEVEL GROUND

ISSUES WITH DOGS SOUNDNESS TO GUN SHOTS

Many of you who weren't even at the event have come out of the woodwork to try and spread gossip about something else that occured!

Videx, do you hold some kind of authoritive position?  If you do hold some kind of official position, may I approach you personally for your help with this matter? Or are you another one who likes to meddle in gossip instead of real issues?

You all do make me laugh. Its a bit like using a smoke grenade to hide the real issue!

So does anyone care to address those issues with the event or not?

Or would you all prefer to talk about something totally irrelevant to the initial post, to avoid further publicity that this event was, what can only be described by someone else who emailed me, as RIGGED?!

Talk about a cover up.

Regards,
Mike.

Tom Nye how many times r u going to resort to abusive and unacceptable actions before u finally grow up and take adult responsibility for them, and the hurt you do to the victims of your behaviour?

Whilst u r discussing this perhaps u can also explain what happened at whitchurch vpg some time ago, which left the club in disarray, led to many of the members leaving and the rest leaving bagsd and joining the gsdl?

You cannot carry on as a credible senior participant, let alone a judge, whilst this continues. Someone should stand up to you and make u take responsibility.

btw one thing we agree on; anonymous posting is undesirable- I don't want to be subject to abuse or computer fraud etc, so i have no option.

In the way you are using the word, I take it that you use Rigging as a form of "fixing"

This is more than funny if you werent behaving so pathetically.     Are you saying that the comittee

a)  Rigged the soft sleeve  -  ??? why ??? for people like you to have something to go at?

b)  Rigged the Tape Measure    ????    errr   ???

c)  Rigged the exact uneven ground so we couldnt be sure of the measurement ???

d)  Rigged the Gunshot  ???   errr  ???

Know what?  Your days at work dont do you any justice, or clear your thoughts.

Penny

a) Yes, puppy sleeve used as is was known there was a chance the dogs would fail on a full adult sleeve! (I have FULL confirmation of this!)

b) Maybe not rigged, but crap planning huh - STILL WRONG AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE

c) Again, maybe that wasn't rigged, but certainly wrong. Maybe its a lack of due care and attention then!

d) No dog should have passed this part - further proof that its still full of corruption and deception.

As for my days at work? Sorry to disappoint you but I work nights! But I will bear your point in mind.

So to sum up if this event was RIGGED........in the words of a previous poster A BIG FAT YES!

CHEATS!

Regards,
Mike.

btw "mikey"!; says everything about u (and your motive) that you regard the issues of a puppy sleeve/ tape measure/uneven ground as "real", and abusive, offensive and ignorant bullying as superficial!

what happened to the !!!!!
