Hi ,
I've been asking many people for a long time to share their knowledge on bloodlines ,their virtues
and short comings.Many have willingly shared their knowledge , to them -THANK YOU.
Rowdyreiner, for the SHOW bloodlines try : WWW.FOTOURMA.COM , where you can purchase
the Bundessieger-zuchtschau year book. It contains, the g s d standard pictures and critique of all
dogs participated and most important to me the critique of the progeny parade.
where each sire virtues and weakness is commented on.
The december issue of the S V magazine carries a bloodline chart of both the show and workinglines.
To me knowing the lineage is only the begining. we need to know the qualities in each bloodline
and their producers. I believe one way to get this reliable infomation is to observe the progenys'
performance in the competitions. Maybe it's already being done, I do not know.
(Something similar to the progeny parade in the Sieger show.) You can also speak to realiable
people,many on this board are very knowledgeable.
Many knowledgeable,Judges , experience breeders and trial partcipants have this knowledge
and it would be great,if we had a tread on this board to share this info so people
like me can learn.
