gsdwins, Contact the AKC, GSDCA-WDA and USA and lodge your complaint so they have this on record. Your best bet is to have von Ajaye provide you with the required papers, if you can. If she does not, go to the AKC as Blitzen suggests. Certainly this post should make von Ajaye inclined to give you the documents that you need. While you are at it, get copies of Tasso's and Bo's pink papers. Von Ajaye should have done this already but I am sure these docs were not provided to you. If you see the other post and Sham-Schaf's last response, it appears that the puppies are marketed by von Ajaye and the bitches (at least Jacky) are not owned by the kennel. I think the bitch of your puppy was also sold a few months ago. This of course would complicate matters. That would make von Ajaye the broker and not the breeder. I realize this is a nightmare but go step-by-step and you may find others that are in a similar boat that will contact you directly. Hopefully things will work out! Regards, Sunshine

GSDWINS...........If you have really been aggrieved, just sue her.....Pay for it, and sue her.....If she wasn't wrong, and you are, she defends and YOU lose, to your embarrassment. If she was wrong, she'll settle for what you want.......The alternative is for her to lose such a suit, have the ruling plastered all over N. America web boards, etc, and start breeding peacocks..........If you're right, and she doesn't settle, and you win, take what she's got. As to the kennel being listed as an "Inc.", a descent lawyer can take steps to "pierce the corporate veil", that is if she wants you to go that far. If you haven't really been screwed, do nothing, and back off. Good luck.

RedDoggie, she has been screwed. The Sire Tasso an unproven Stud, with no show rating on the website and with an Insufficient 1 at the 2003 Siegershow and with not the best commentary at that, and the Dam and aging poor brood bitch that has been bred back-on-back for those strong boned pet quality pups. The woman has been screwed. In a big way. Big way. And that poor Bo, sold, to heaven's knows whom. A dog that should have been put into Rescue. You got it.
