oh and i do have other dogs aswell maybe its something to think about, give you something to do over xmas

by TEXAMEX on 21 December 2011 - 20:12

How can you sleep well knowing that you are breeding from high risk pedigrees ? Did you realise that now you can actually be taken to court by a puppy owner if they have an ill dog ? As you know what is in these lines you are being negligent and can be sued . Your total disregard for health astonishes me as does your gutter language .

Konotashi
unfortunately in the UK the Kennel Club will allow registration of progeny from any dog bitch regardless of health status or lack of it!

The only good thing about the UK is we have the Sale Of Goods Act 1979, Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

If this breeder (if you can call them that) after the discussion on this board goes on to produce a defective dog (not fit for purpose) they can be taken to court, if they also carry on breeding from known defect lines they leave themselves wide open to future owners dragging them through the courts, maybe someone wants to copy this thread and save in word for this purpose if they are thinking of buying a pup off them or using this dog on one of their bitches, although if they were educated and cared about the breed they would not even approach this person whoever they maybe.

so bencarja which BYB are you?

by ducktoller on 21 December 2011 - 21:12

Bencarja - if only it wasn't for all the poor dogs involved you would be really hilariously funny.  Fair enough your dogs are really dodgy examples of Gsds, but if they actually where well looked after & you had their welfare and the welfare of their pups as top priority you would be just like any other byb.  But you are worse than that.  Poor Kira Hugo's Dam had her 3rd litter before her 3rd birthday - very welfare friendly & her hipscore is that still pending? I dont suppose theres much point now she only has 1 litter left in her. You look after "the stunning Karla" - your words obviously so well that she had to have half her coat shaved off earlier in the year as it was so matted, she must be all of a year old now after having just been mated. Her health tests pending are they?  The free epilepsy & HD really isn't a crap joke.

I'm surprised youve had time today for phone calls ans matings or do you deal with that while youre girlfriend falsey accuses and threatens everyone you can think of.  I'm surprised she feels the need to threaten people when you claim to be getting great advertising - as I put you are really very funny.. Hahahaha.
