I can understand how you apprehend some of what the guys here say because I'm like you, English is not my first language. Vonissk is very intelligent (trust me, I've been reading his posts since long time) and he's fair to both parties in this situation, you will hear varying degrees of opinions, I am hopeful that both you and Birgit are wise enough to reach a reasonable agreement and a suitable arrangement to get your money back, and SOON. It is time for me to go to bed. Good luck.

Lollipop, I could have very well kept my mouth shut and just shipped him the dog. I am not dair. He was NEVER advertised as a stud dog. A stud dog of his caliber would cost a few dollars more than that. He need to contact me directly or I will not do sh ...

Vonissk, I think it is amusing because what she has done on this website to discredit others and bully people has come full circle. It does not take a genius to sit back, drink a beer and see her ethics, character and business practices unfold. I can only know her by what she has displayed here. Am I not entitled to participate in open discussions? That what this is, is it not?

Again i ask, whatever happened to FULL DISCLOSURE and ETHICS? Would it not have been ethical to say the dog has failed to get 2 females pregnant and was he not ever posted on your stud dogs page on your own website? If he EVER was that would indicate to the average and even novice purchaser that the dog was breedable. All you did was dupe this poor guy out of $700 and the wire transfer probably only cost you less than $25usd. Again BUYER BEWARE and i am done with this Jerry Springer episode.

Wow...just yesterday we were on page 1...Jenni78, I don't know what you are talking about. If you return the money overseas, there will be a paper trail. You keep acting like the buyer is always the lunatic. Seems to me, the breeder/seller is sued most of the time. Seems to me, the breeder/seller is the one that doesn't disclose info. I'd be willing to bet that the breeder/seller screws over the buyer 90+% of the time.

llolly, the other times that Birgit came to this board and made the initiative to air a grievance (note, this thread is not one of Birgit's initiatives) it was only after she had already spent considerable time and exhausted all reasonable attempts to communicate with those that did her wrong.
All of us want to know when to be aware of another person or business that does not deal fairly, but we only want to know about it if a situation cannot or has not been resolved within a reasonable time frame. Reasonable time frames depend upon the situation, many would be considered reasonable if it took 2-3 weeks to be resolved.
I don't have a problem putting someone on my personal black list if I think they treated someone else poorly, and I've been known to join in the virtual "stoning" of people who I think are bad or make poor decisions.
But, on the other hand, I am also offended when someone goes online to smear a person's name when that someone has not given reasonable time or private communications to resolve their situation. I'm offended for two reasons; first, because I think to myself how easily it could be me that someone is bashing without reasonable cause. Or second, any kind of bashing, whether deserved or not, is more fuel to the animal rights activists' fire. Any person who wants to preserve their rights to own dogs, breed dogs or train dogs needs to be mindful of what long-term damage they may be doing to themselves and other dog owners in general should really think twice about bashing another dog person... does a person really need to be bashed to warn others? (btw, yes I do believe if all rational steps have been taken and there is no resolution, then there does come a time when the community needs to be warned.)

Ok this is only a side note, nothing to do with this thread.
Because Birgit did come here and pointed out an obvious fraud, the CMKU and the CKZ was able to track a serious fraud and falsification of papers in Czech Republic. Some people were involved, accusation were made and after some investigation, also some serious frauds surfaced. Few people are being punished and you, the potential buyers are more protected because of Birgit not sitting and taking it up her...you know what. So there were some changes in export papers that protect the new buyers in many way such as the correct titles and health clearences. These things can be verified ahead of the purchase also.
So sometimes coming here and complaining can really do you guys some good in a long run.
Other than that.....try not to kill each other :o)
